How do I register to order online?

You can register to order online from the lhgnow.com.au home page by selecting "Register for Login" in the right-side bar.

Please fill in your details in the fields provided (Note: the fields marked with a red asterisk * are manditory).

Once you have submitted your online registration form you will receive an email with your login and temporary password. Your home branch will also validate your request and assign further access privileges where applicable.

How do I sign in?

To sign in go to the home page and enter your Username, Password and Account No. These will be in the email you received during Online Registration.


How do I recover my Username?

If you have forgotten your username you can recover it by clicking on the "
Forgot Username" button on the home page (right-side bar). Fill in your account number and email address in the fields provided and an email will be sent to you with your Username details.


How do I recover my Password?

If you have forgotten your Password you can have it reset by clicking on the "
Forgot Password" button on the home page (right-side bar). Fill in your Username, account number and email address in the fields provided and an email will be sent to you to create a new Password.



How do I find products?

The best way to find a product is to use the search box. Search by part number or key word(s). You can quickly filter the results on Class, Brand and Class Features (when at Class Level).

Can I create a list of favourite items?

Yes you can. You have two options for creating favourites:

Favourite Items are a single list of favourite products that can be sorted by brand, part number or description. Your favourite items list also shows order quantity, an image, price and stock on hand in your local branch.

Standard Orders are used to group products you order regularly for quick order placement. You can create multiple standard orders and set the order quantity you would normally order. For example, use standard orders to create a monthly stock order, group cable products, Bakelite, or use it as a template for jobs eg domestic house fitout. Standard orders show order quantity, part number, description, price, stock on hand and line total. You can edit the order quantity at any time and add one or all items to your basket from this screen.

Favourite items and standard orders can be found under the “Products & Ordering” menu once logged in. To add items to any of these lists simply find the product you want to include and select the “add to favourite items” or “add to standard orders” button.


How do I place an Order?

1. Login to NOW from the Home Page by filling in Username, Password and Account No, under the My Account section on the right-hand side
2. Search for the product(s) using the search box. Filter by Class and Brand. Once in a Class group further filter on the Class Features
3. Review and compare products to help determine the correct item
4. Add the item to your Order Cart by selecting the check box on the left and adjust the quantity as required
5. Click Add to Order Basket
6. Click on Basket / Checkout or on Products & Ordering / Order Basket this will take you to the Order Basket
7. Finalise Order
8. Fill in the mandatory fields and select delivery details. Including Required Delivery Date, Order Comments, and Pick Up or Delivery
9. Review and Submit Order
10. Submit Order - A system order number will be displayed and you will receive a confirmation email

Can I place an order for pickup?

Yes you can! Orders can be placed for delivery or pickup. If you wish to pickup your order just select pickup and then search for your pickup location if it is not your regular branch.



What about Product, Technical and General Information?

Your branch will assist with any enquiries. The branches phone number is displayed when you login on the top right of the page.
When logged in you can also email your home branch by clicking "Email Your Branch" (top right) or from "Contact Us" (main menu bar).
